I listened to 15 Om chanting in the morning. What did it did I was focused whole day? I hate doing meditation. I used to focus on breathing. It works but om chanting worked for me.
Mediation acts as a tool that only helps you focus for a few minutes but the real practice is awareness which you do 24 hrs. It is like when you are eating you only eat not using your phone and same not lost in your thoughts. When you speak to someone to carefully listen and not lost in your thoughts.
If you can master awareness you can master anything . The more aware the person the more he can achieve in life.
