I woke 4 and had slept at 12 . I build a website for the martial arts platform in the morning which I was talking yesterday.
Will work on this or not but I created something . Might be beneficial in future.
I like creating things.
But due to lack of sleep my mind was not working . I was restless in office but completed my task . Went to gym but played chess, did little workout and talked about fitness industry with head coach. It was insighful.
Health is divided in three parts priority wise
Sleep
Nutritional food
Exercise
If your sleep is disturbed you won’t be able to able function in the day and create stress hormones cortisol.
Then food. In order to maintain proper nutrition is required for body and organs to functions properly
And third exercise . It is very important to do atleast 15 min exercise daily . This keep health , mind and overall mood good and productive
Learned about first principles by elon musk . Don’t go what other day or believe go on the actuality of the truth .
